PRAMA WELLNESS FACULTY

Ramesh Bjonnes
Ramesh is the Director of the Prama Wellness Center where lifestyle is considered our best medicine. Ramesh is also a writer, yogi and workshop leader. He studied yoga therapy in Nepal and India, Ayurveda at California College of Ayurveda and is a certified yoga detox theraphist from the AM Wellness Center in Cebu, Philippines. He has taught workshops in many countries and is the author of four books, including Sacred Body, Sacred Spirit (InnerWorld) and Tantra:The Yoga of Love and Awakening (Hay House India).

Jessica Falcon
A former lawyer turned mystic, Jessica is passionate about connecting people with the wisdom of their body. It is more than a temple; the body itself contains the divine.  Her meditation practice began in 2008, and she started practicing yoga in 2009.  After a spiritual pilgrimage to Europe, Jessica returned to the States and completed a 10-month teacher training with Subtle Yoga.  In addition to teaching yoga, she works as an Activator & Soul Embodiment Coach to help women and men reclaim their sacred, sovereign power to embody their divinity so they experience the ecstasy of full-bodied freedom.Â

Ren Nahui Cuahtli
In Jacksonville, FL, Ren was a chef for two years at Shakti Life Kitchen, where he immerse himself into the intricate understanding of food as medicine. In 2010, he moved to Asheville and worked with the American Herbalist Guild for four years. In 2013-2014, Ren trained in massage and bodywork and learned Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Rhythmic Jostling, and Swedish Therapy. He is currently working toward acquiring all of his Thai Massage Certifications. He have been practicing massage therapy for 8+ years as well as herbalism and a holistic diet for the past 12 years.
