The Prama Wellness Method offers a revolutionary approach to promoting health and longevity by combining the practical and effective approaches from Ayurveda, naturopathy, plant-based diet, yoga, intermittent fasting, and the science of meditation.

Our model is ideal to be applied on its own or in coordination with both allopathic and alternative health practices. This multi-pathic and balanced approach to health is reflected in the Sanskrit word Prama, which means “dynamic balance.”

The Certificate Program runs from June 19 – Nov 3, 2024.

Retreats (in person or online):

June 19-23, 2024: 5-day Retreat at the Prama Institute & Wellness Center

Nov 1-3, 2024: Weekend Retreat at the Prama Institute & Wellness Center

Online classes:

  • July 2, 9, 16                  7-10 PM EST
  • August 13, 20, 27       7-10 PM EST
  • Sept. 3, 10, 17, 24      7-10 PM EST
  • Oct.  1, 8, 15, 22, 29   7-10 PM EST

All yoga, meditation, nutrition, and juice cleanse classes at the retreats (circa 40 hours total) and all online classes (45 hours) will be recorded and owned by you.

Program Cost

Two options – hybrid and online

  1. Hybrid – all 15 online classes + 2 in person retreats (8 retreat days): Regular Price $6900 Early Bird: $5500

Retreat fee includes private room, gourmet vegan meals, juices, private consultation, and all workshops.

  1. Online only – all 15 classes + 2 retreats: Regular price: $2900 Early Bird: $1900

You can take this course entirely online, but we highly recommend that you attend the retreats in person as your learning will be more hands-on.  It is immensely valuable to experience the deep friendships, group support, personal interaction with the teachers, the ability to get direct feedback during consultations and classes, and the spiritual energy when you attend the retreats in person
