Overcoming Addictions Naturally | October 25-29, 2023
$1,145.00 – $1,345.00
This retreat, which is based on our popular 5 Day Juice Cleanse, combines five treatment modalities—mindfulness, yoga, juice cleansing, nutrition, and counseling—in a powerful and path-breaking program for overcoming addiction naturally.
An important part of overcoming addiction successfully is to replace destructive habits with new and more positive habits. By combining mindfulness meditation, yoga, nutrient-rich foods, and the latest discoveries in addiction therapy, this program will teach hands-on techniques on how to reduce stress and kick bad habits naturally.
Eddie LeShure and Margaret Kirshner from Mindful Emergence will facilitate the addiction recovery part of this retreat. They teach that an important key to recovery from addiction is to learn “to be comfortable with feeling uncomfortable” and to learn tools that prevent past traumas from dominating our lives.
