Friends,

Last year we requested your help with some renovations at the Prama Institute & Wellness Center and you responded!!

Your generosity helped us repair the exhaust fan in our kitchen, purchase a new commercial dishwasher, replace the sliding patio door in our main hall, and many smaller improvements.

But progress never stops! Our center would greatly benefit from:

• a new heating system
• more comprehensive air conditioning
• furniture replacements
• improved trail network and maps

Hence, we are appealing again for your assistance during this holiday season of giving for our Prama Fundraiser 2024 – Building & Trails Essentials.

We are excited with the prospect of providing you with more comfortable accommodations and an amazing system of trails to take you out into the beautiful nature surrounding us.

Our goal is $20,000 and we greatly appreciate all donations, small or large. All contributions are tax deductible.

And for those inspired to contribute $100 or more, your name will enter our Prama Raffle. The two winners of this raffle will be able to attend any one of our 3 or 5 Day retreats, free of charge (or gift it to someone else)!!
