To help us maintain a meditation practice for stress management, keep us calm, and stay connected, the Prama staff is inviting you to our new completely online Wellness Wednesdays series! Prama is excited to bring this series to you for free every Wednesday at 6pm, and it is gradually developing into a favorite activity for our online community. We thank you for your interest!.
The session will last about 45 minutes, including a guided meditation and a short talk on aspects of meditation practice.
The event is free though any contribution is appreciated.
