Do you want to meditate and think more like a yogi? Then you’ll love this course on the theory and practice of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. This 2000 year-old text, which many modern yogis today study, contains a philosophical map for the path of enlightenment.
The Yoga Sutras is also a practical tool-kit, a trusted guide through the world of human psychology. It is an indispensable text for all serious yoga practitioners to ponder, study, and assimilate.
Most importantly, the Yoga Sutras outlines a set of meditation practices traditionally taught orally by teacher to student. This course, therefore, fulfills an important and rare function: it will teach you some of the meditation techniques Patanjali only hints at in the text.
