To Join The Prama Wellness Center Group Support Program
A retreat at Prama is to be in a loving and supportive community. According to many of you, that’s what you experience when you are at a retreat at the Prama Wellness Center. Not surprisingly, recent research has also confirmed the importance of group support in being successful in healing and in living healthy. In the words of Dr. Dean Ornish, “our ability to connect with ourselves and others is at the root of what makes us suffer and what leads to healing.”
When you come home after a retreat, various challenges will naturally come up. That’s why a support group can be so helpful. In the spirit of supporting each other to live a healthier lifestyle, we invite you to join Ramesh Bjonnes, director of the Prama Wellness Center, for a weekly support group.

What To Expect
This weekly check in can be done from the comfort of your own home, on your computer or phone. We will cover many of the topics discussed at the retreat, give tips related to implementing The Six Pillars of Health and Wellness, etc.
This is also a great time to get answers to personal questions about your health and wellness. You may also share some of your challenges and successes of the week with this small group of supportive people who also have been through our program.
In this way, the support and connection from us at Prama Wellness Center can continue to live on with you in your home environment on a weekly basis. You cannot physically live in retreat at Prama all year long, but through this program, we can be there to support you between retreats. These groups will run for one month at a time, for one hour a week through user friendly zoom video conferencing.
