- Plant-based food:
Both scientific studies as well as the lifestyles of the longest living people in the world, such as those living in the Blue Zones, have clearly demonstrated that a nutrient dense, plant- based diet is the most optimum diet for human life. A plant-based diet is also the most environmentally sustainable.

Studies by Dr. Valter Longo have shown that intermittent fasting, including juice cleansing, help improve the digestive system, flush out toxins from the bloodstream and re-energize your body. In 2016, the Japanese cellular biologist Yoshinori Oshumi won the Nobel Prize for proving the process of authophagy, the way cells utilizes and recycles unnecessary or dysfunctional cellular components. In other words, I was able to heal my chronic condition during my 14 day juice fast because the fast allowed my cells to detox, regenerate and rebuild themselves.
