Program Description
Juice Fasting & Nutritious Meals
Our 5 day juice cleanse & yoga program combines the power of juice fasting and nutritious meals designed specifically to help the body naturally heal itself. The 5 day program starts with a delicious meal on Wednesday night followed by 3 full days of liquid fasting, and a final breakfast / lunch on Sunday.
Supportive Staff & Enviornment
A key element to our program is the support and guidance that comes from our staff and daily activities. Â During the program we offer workshops, private health consultations, group support, daily yoga and meditation classes and access to our sauna and endless pool.
Education & Awareness
Our goal at the Prama Wellness Center is to not only help participants make immediate changes to their overall health, but to also equip them with the knowledge and tools to make lasting changes when they return home. Â During the program our workshops and consultations are designed to educate participants so they can better understand the benefits of juice fasting.

Our delicious meals and fresh organic juices are all vegan, gluten free and specifically designed to aid in the detox and rejuvenation process.
Yoga and Meditation
Daily yoga and meditation classes are a key component in our 5 day program. We have some assembled an amazing team of teachers to guide all experience levels.
Sauna & Endless Pool
Our endless pool provides a safe and enjoyable way to exercise; while our cedar sauna is a wonderful way to relax and release toxins from the body.
Health Consultations
A key component to the program are our health and wellness consultations. These one on one meetings provide valuable wellness insights and emotional support.

Cancellation Policy
Prama Wellness Center reserves the right to cancel a ‘Prama Wellness Center Organized’ program at any time. If the Prama Wellness Center cancels a program, you will be given a minimum of 1 weeks notice and receive a full refund. Cancellations by Prama Wellness Center can be transferred to other Prama organized programs.
Refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) up to fourteen days before the start date of the program. If a cancellation occurs between fourteen and two days before the start date of the program, your fee can be transferred to any other Prama organized program (less a $50 cancellation fee) within one year. No credits or refunds are available for cancellations two days or less before the start date of a program, or for no-shows, or for leaving an event early. People cancelling 14 days or less before the start of a program can also transfer their space and fee to an unregistered participant. Please allow seven days for processing of fees.  Refunds will be issued by check.
Event Tickets are non-refundable.

Our Faculty
Ramesh Bjonnes
Ramesh is the Director of the Prama Wellness Center where lifestyle is considered our best medicine. Ramesh is also a writer, yogi and workshop leader. He studied yoga therapy in Nepal and India, Ayurveda at California College of Ayurveda and is a certified yoga detox theraphist from the AM Wellness Center in Cebu, Philippines. He has taught workshops in many countries and is the author of four books, including Sacred Body, Sacred Spirit (InnerWorld) and Tantra: The Yoga of Love and Awakening (Hay House India).
Dr. Chris Guthrey
Chris is a retreat manager and group facilitator for the Prama Wellness Center. As a psychologist trained in transpersonal psychology he believes in a holistic approach to well-being and specializes in mindfulness and lifestyle change. He values guiding others through example and embodies wellness by having maintained a regular meditation practice for many years and by constantly striving for a healthier and more balanced life. He also supports others through his private counseling practice in Asheville, NC.
Radhika Banu Bjonnes
Radhika is an experienced and dedicated yoga and meditation teacher, aromatherapist, and a practitioner of various creative movement arts. She has been practicing yoga and meditation daily since 2001. Â Radhika holds a 60 hour certification and a 400 hour Diploma in Rajadhiraja Yoga from AMYA, and a 100 hour certification in Yin Yoga led by Victor Chng.
