The retreat will be held in a workshop style including 4 full comprehensive yoga classes over the weekend.  Jennifer’s teachings are inspired and infused with the ancient wisdom of classical hatha yoga blended with the beauty of a slow and often creative vinyasa. In each session, there will be ample space to explore. Pranayama, meditation, mantra and yogic philosophy will also be incorporated for a complete experience.

This 3-day yoga retreat will consist of daily meditation, gentle, and vinyasa flow yoga classes (open to all levels). In addition to a gentle and vigorous asana practice, yoga pranayama & restorative guided relaxation, this yoga retreat will include time for instruction in the Buddhist style of vipassana, or insight meditation.
