Join Kiesha Battles, ERYT, and Candace Jennings, RYT, for this weekend respite to tap back into your practice and the beauty of nature in one of the most beautiful mountain towns in the world!

The retreat will be held in a workshop style including 4 full comprehensive yoga classes over the weekend. Teachings are inspired and infused with the ancient wisdom of classical hatha yoga blended with the beauty of a slow and often creative vinyasa. In each session, there will be ample space to explore. Pranayama, meditation, mantra and yogic philosophy will also be incorporated for a complete experience.
