To help develop and maintain a regular meditation practice, the Prama staff is inviting you to our Online Wednesday Meditation! Meditation offers innumerable benefits, including lower blood pressure, mental clarity, stress reduction, lower anxiety, and better relationships. Weekly group meditations help to strengthen our individual meditation practice.

The session will last about 30 minutes, including a guided meditation and a short talk on aspects of meditation theory and practice.
