Prama’s R&R: How to De-stress the Simple Way

Stress and its role in destroying our quality of life is no longer news. We have heard it before. But we can’t escape the daily grind of work pressures, family commitments, financial worries, health problems, and serious challenges confronting our communities and the globe. The combination of these factors causes our stress levels to rise to the point of distress. Then it becomes a very real problem, resulting in emotional, behavioral, and physical imbalances and illness.

Learning how to de-stress is an essential skill today. The benefits are many:

1. Stronger immune system

2. Improved sleep

3. Greater focus and concentration

4. Better mood

5. Improved digestion

and the list goes on….

Our R&R retreat combines some of most effective ways to de-stress – yoga, meditation, walks in nature, hot tub, relaxation, massage—with Prama’s signature workshops and gourmet food. The aim of the retreat is to teach simple lifestyle changes that can help us keep our balance and perform at our best throughout our busy day.
