Usually only once a year we organize a 10 day juice cleanse at the Prama Wellness Center. Most of our wellness retreats last 3 or 5 days, with great results. However, a 10 day retreat really deepens the effects of the fasting process.

Of course, all of our juice cleanse retreats offer the same benefits:

  1. You are surrounded by a group of people with the same intention and that makes cleansing so much easier.
  2. You have experienced guides to help you in case you go through detox symptoms such as constipation or lethargy.
  3. You will have workshops every day learning about healing herbs, how to make juices and power smoothies, basic Ayurvedic and Naturopathic lifestyle practices, and much more.
  4. You will learn tips about nutrition and alkaline foods that will dispel much mis-and disinformation about healthy living.
  5. You will practice yoga and meditation everyday, which will relax your mind and ease your heart and increase the detox benefits.
  6. Your skin will detox in the sauna and with our mud therapy.
  7. The peaceful setting and beautiful surroundings are ideal for a time away from all the stresses of the world.
  8. Our group support circles create a safe environment to share challenges and to get constructive feedback.
  9. In the private sessions with our staff, you will learn about what is best to eat according to your body type once your cleanse is over.
  10. Most importantly, you will have a lot of fun and create lasting friendships.
