Friends,
Hope you are healthy and safe during these difficult times.
The Prama Institute & Wellness Center has always been dedicated to the wellbeing of all. Hence, in light of the current health crisis, we will be temporarily suspending our retreats for the time being in order to minimize the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Although we are daily monitoring the national, state and local responses to the pandemic, the situation is still quite unpredictable and will be for the next few weeks or more. Should there be any change in our situation, we will of course inform you.
Keeping a balance with our body, mind, and spirit is more important than ever. This will help us stay resilient and positive. During this health crisis, we encourage you to keep up your practices and efforts, such as healthy diets, yoga, meditation, and whatever else that will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Over the next weeks, our Prama team will be offering different types of online programs that we hope will be helpful in this regards, in addition to our DIY juice cleanses already available on our website.
As regards our future programs, we will be maintaining registration open on our website for Prama retreats scheduled from April onwards. If we need to cancel any of those retreats, we will assist you in transferring your registration to a retreat later in the year or by providing a refund. Please contact info@prama.org to assist you with any changes.
Let us all take care of ourselves and others. Together, we can surely overcome these challenges and come away stronger and more united as a society.
Keep well and positive,
Prama Team
