Surprise your friends and family with this delicious, natural and nutrition-packed beverage. It’s delicious and satisfying, especially for the Summertime heat!   

Ingredients:  (use organic when possible)
1 head of romaine lettuce
4-6 leaves of kale
1 (1/2) inch piece of ginger
2 apples, quartered 
1 lemon 

  • Garnish with fresh herbs, like rosemary or mint leaves or add sliced lemons or limes for a refreshing presentation.

Directions:
Juice romaine lettuce, kale, ginger, apples, and lemon through a centrifugal juicer (not a blender). Pour over ice and chill out!
